How it works

Walk in during opening hours, no appointment needed. We take several shots, you choose the one you like on the screen, and your passport, visa or ID photos are printed in 2–3 minutes. If you can't wait, pick them up the next day.

With the printed photos you also get the digital file of your photo, for online applications: the residence permit upload on the Welcome to Serbia portal, the US visa form DS-160, or Serbia's eUprava services.

Where the rules allow it, for example for a CV photo, we can retouch lightly: a spot, a wrinkle or tired eyes. Photos for visas and biometric documents are not retouched.

Photos for your own embassy in Belgrade

Many foreigners in Belgrade need photos for their own country's passport or visa, handled by their embassy here. Every embassy sets its own rules, so bring its list of requirements and we make the photo to it. The table above shows the sizes we make, from 2 × 2.5 to 5 × 7 cm: for example 2 × 2 in for a US passport and 5 × 7 cm for Canadian documents. Whether a photo is accepted is decided by the embassy.

Photos for babies and children

We photograph babies and children too, and take as many shots as it needs to get one with open eyes and a calm face. Bring the requirements of the document, as the rules for children differ between countries.

Serbian passport and ID card

For Serbian citizens, the police (MUP) take the photo for the biometric passport and ID card at the counter, so you don't have to bring one. If you prefer to choose your own picture, MUP accepts an optional 50 × 50 mm photo on a plain grey background; for the ID card only when you get it for the first time. We make it in 2–3 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

How long do passport photos take?

Taking the photo and printing take 2–3 minutes. If you can't wait, pick them up the next day.

Do I need an appointment?

No, just come during opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:30–20:00, Saturday 9:30–15:00.

Do I get a digital copy of my passport photo?

Yes. With the printed photos you get the digital file, for online applications such as the residence permit upload on the Welcome to Serbia portal, the US visa form DS-160 or eUprava.

What size photo do I need for a residence permit in Serbia?

35 × 45 mm, in colour. Online, it is uploaded as a file with the application; for a paper application the police ask for two photos. The photo on the card is taken at the police.

What size is a US visa photo?

2 × 2 inches (51 × 51 mm), on a white background, without glasses, taken within the last 6 months. For the DS-160 you also need a square JPEG file.

Glasses on or off for a passport photo?

Off for a US visa: glasses are not allowed. For most other documents it is also safer without them, as glare on the lenses and shadows from the frame are a common reason photos are rejected.

Do you retouch document photos?

Only where the rules allow it, as for a CV photo: a spot, a wrinkle or tired eyes. Photos for visas and biometric documents are not retouched.
