Free QR code generator – QR codes that work forever

Free designer QR codes with no sign-up, no tracking and no trial that switches your code off. What you type is stored in the code itself, so it keeps working for as long as it is printed.

Free tool · everything stays on your device · Foto Jocković, Belgrade

A free QR code generator for static codes that never expire: what you type is stored in the code itself, so it keeps working for as long as it is printed. Add a logo, colours, shapes and frames, with no sign-up and no tracking.

How to generate a QR code

  1. Paste a link or type a text, or choose another type such as Wi-Fi or a contact card.
  2. Pick a design: shapes, colours, gradients, a logo, a frame or a photo QR code.
  3. Check the scan score: your design is tested by our own decoder.
  4. Download SVG, PDF, EPS or PNG.

Private: nothing is uploaded

Everything happens on your device. Nothing you type or upload is sent anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Do these QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes: your link or text is in the pattern itself, with no server in between, so there is nothing to renew.

Why do other QR codes stop working?

Many free generators make dynamic codes that point to their server; when the trial or account ends, they switch the link off.

Can I add a logo?

Yes, and the scan check tells you how much error correction is left so the code still scans.

Which QR code types can I make?

Links, text, Wi-Fi, contact cards and more, including payment codes that follow the EPC (SEPA), NBS IPS and SPAYD standards.

Which format is best for print?

SVG, PDF or EPS: they are vector files that stay sharp at any size.

Why these codes never expire

Many “free” QR generators make dynamic codes: the pattern holds a short link to their server, which forwards to your page. When the trial ends or the account lapses, they switch the link off, and every printed code stops working.

This tool makes static codes only. Your link, Wi-Fi password or contact card is written into the pattern itself, so any phone reads it directly, with no server in between, no tracking and nothing to renew.
